Dr. Remya Nirmala is an enthusiastic multitalented and APA (American Psychological Association) accredited Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and an Ayurvedic –Indian Medicine doctor. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience and specialises in Psychiatric and Psychological treatments, Medicine, Medical neuroscience, Psychiatric Counselling, Psychotherapy, Clinical Research, Research quality management, Epidemiology, Hospital Management, Ayurvedic Medicine and Nutrition.

She completed her PHD in Medical Psychology from Bharathiar University, India. She has done a GPM from Harvard Medical School, a P.G. Certification in Drug Addiction from Stanford University and a P.G. Certification in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University.

She has also done the IPPCR course in Clinical Research from NIH-USA. Her International experience spans more than 16 years in providing treatments for various psychosomatic, and psychological conditions, neurotic, psychotic illnesses, and developmental disorders.

She holds a Professional Membership in APA (American Psychological association), AMA (American Medical Association), Medscape, AAHP (Association of alternate health professionals. India), AMA Research Foundation, AMAI (Ayurveda Medical Association of India- Vice President Trivandrum District), and EAGA (Emirates Ayurveda graduates Association).
